The entire PODS experience was exactly what we needed and an incredibly flawless experience - until the pickup. Training day. New driver plowed through two trees in different events. One tree was backed directly into upon arriving on property (aggressively). And another tree was severely damaged upon exiting. This was despite communication and clear direction and other trucks successfully navigating. Made no effort to prevent or apologize.

The move with PODS was fine. The problem is with their Billing department. The POD was picked up and I paid my final bill. A day later, another storage fee was taken out of my account. I was told I was to be refunded half the storage cost and that has not happened. I call every week and I have left messages with the billing person whose voicemail says she will return calls within 24-48 hrs and it NEVER happens. It is so frustrating for PODS to take money and not get it back in a timely fashion. My advise to anyone who is paying for storage and you pay your final bill, take out your credit card info otherwise it will automatically come out even after you pay your final bill. It is so hard to get your money back from PODS.

Did not deliver within delivery time window. Didn’t even attempt to place where we asked. Blocked our garage with door facing away from the house. Our pick up was scheduled no one showed or called. I had to call they rescheduled to a day of their choice not caring that we have to be out of our house by a certain date. Cannot get a supervisor or anyone with authority to call you back. Will end a live chat and hang up on you after holding for 30 minutes. Do not recommend!
