  Terrible experience with this storage facility! Owner did not protect my property from rat infestation and has been totally unresponsive. I attempted to contact them multiple times, including in writing regarding the rat infestation and they have ignored all my attempts. They also have ignored all attempts from the Better Business Bureau and Texas Attorney General’s office regarding this issue. I rented a unit at that facility for 18 months. My furniture was “like new” when stored there. When I came back to Waco to move out of my unit, there were rat droppings all over the floor, my stacked boxes, my clothes, my shoes, and my furniture. My couch, which was wrapped in cellophane was chewed through and there was rat urine spots and feces all over it. I spent over $1700 on rent and insurance, and I lost over $3000 of “like new” belongings due to rat damage. The insurance they offer DOES NOT COVER RODENT DAMAGE. They are selling you insurance they know does not cover the very problem they failed to prevent while my property was in their possession. Why are they not offering better coverage, or better yet, why didn’t they do anything about their rodent problem or be fair about my belongings being ruined in their facility due to no fault of my own?

  If I could give half a star I would. Start with my moms storage had it less than a week her storage gets broken into. They didn’t notice till following week. Probably happened due to security entry gate being left open quite frequently. They were ok when I first got them but I guess new owners. Storages are ok size but be ready for water damage on your stuff and rats to make their self at home. And too add to insult they just up the price when they want to without doing any updates to buildings. So yes I will be moving my things to somewhere else!!

  10×10 are a little small for a 2 bedroom apartment, but it worked. Great prices and very friendly and professional staff. Gated and security, which is a plus to me. Thanks.😊
