  I used them to move a safe I purchased from Bass Pro that weight over 500 pounds. They were slow in scheduling delivery date but today two guys delivering the safe were excellent. Very professional and put safe were we wanted it! Would us again, only issue is with Bass Pro saying I had to pick up safe in three days. But they have contract with Bass Pro, in fact this two will deliver six safe today!

  If I could give this company no stars I would. I purchased a safe from Bass Pro shops on 12/5. I called this company on 12/6 to have it delivered. I sent them the documents that they requested waited a week with no response from them as to a delivery date. Called again on 12/13, 12/14 & 12/15 was told someone would contact me by the end of the day. After no calls I called again on 12/16 and was told they might be able to deliver it on 12/30. That is no acceptable!! Why do I have to wait 2 more weeks because they can't do their job? Ashley & Megan are both unprofessional and could careless about the customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPAY EVER!

  I was guaranteed that nothing would be damaged during the process. I’m really disappointed because I just had renovated my house and everything was brand new. They dented my wall and left marks on my freshly stained stairs, which were not cheap. Also finger print marks all over my walls. After I asked the two men moving the safe who I should contact after denting my wall, they made a joke saying they can cover it with a Pizza Hut sticker in their car. Which I found extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The company said they would refund me $100 but I have not received anything yet. These damages cost more than that to fix. When I called to make a claim about these issues the company replied with “you should have known there could be damages.” If I would have known, I would have never moved the safe upstairs or even hired them. Do not recommend this company unless you don’t mind them damaging your house.
