  There was a slight miscommunication between the company we bought our safe through and Nationwide. HOWEVER, they waited at our house on delivery day and worked with us while we got in contact with rep from the safe company and got it all sorted out. They unloaded the safe, brought it up into our garage and unpacked it and placed it where it needed to go. They were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They also helped us set a combination and get it all set up before they left. I needed some help with tech support and the manager from nationwide (Ericka) called into tech support for me and called me back to follow up on if I had received a call from tech support yet. They were very pleasant and professional to deal with and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a safe delivered or moved.

  So after hours of research and endless you tube videos you set your cross hairs on the perfect safe. It cost more than planned so you and your buddies will install it and save a few bucks-----------THINK AGAIN! Get a specialized team to protect that investment, your floors and your back. National Safe Logistics are professionals in the truest sense of the word. Erika, the account manager coordinated the safe pre delivery inspection, scheduled the installation date and insured all lines of communication were maintained. The crew showed up on time in an unmarked truck, surveyed the safe placement site, protected walls and floors. They moved quickly and In no time the safe was resting in its new home. They waited for me to operate the lock and make final inspections. The whole process went flawlessly. These guys really knew their job and are truly skilled professionals. They made a complex job look easy ------it wasn't ! Are they inexpensive----------no! Exceptionalism never is, but they are far cheaper that a trip to the hospital, a damaged home or safe. What a great experience------worth EVERY penny!!!!

  From beginning to end. Ericka of Nationwide Safe Logistics kept me up to date on the shipping and delivery of my Rhino safe. The men (Jerry & Frank) that delivered it made it seem so simple in installing it. Where it would have taken me hours with extra help. They did it in a very short fraction of the time. And in avoiding any damage to the safe or my property. It was totally worth paying the extra service charge for “in-home” delivery. I wholeheartedly recommend their service (and any future move). Thank you all!
