There are so many wonderful things to say about Integrity Movers, but I'll attempt to pick out the best parts. Pricing: their quote was darn near spot on to actual cost which has eased anxiety about moving budgets - which can get out of hand quickly. Relative to other moving companies, I found their price quote was much more affordable - sometimes by as much as 20-30%. Efficiency: The moving team showed up early - be still my heart - and worked tirelessly and ceaselessly until the job was done. I actually saw them RUNNING up and down the stairs to go and grab additional boxes and materials. They broke down and set up bed frames and furniture with expertise and ease, making for a smooth transition between locations. Thoughtfulness: The moving team asked all the right questions - including some questions I would never have even thought of. Asking where things went, intuiting our needs, and correctly anticipating where things would go. Personnel: The moving team (Tyler x3 and Jay) were simply really nice guys. They were friendly, funny, and deeply patient with the inherent anxiety that comes with any move - especially one from Massachusetts to Maine. If you need movers local to Scarborough and Portland or if you need movers from Massachusetts to somewhere else, I would strongly recommend Integrity Movers for their refreshing combination of efficiency, competitive pricing, and logistical savvy. I'd give them ten stars if I could.

I was really lucky to have seen these guys while looking for someone to move just one, but large and very heavy table from a refinishing shop back to my home. I spoke to someone when I called who actually lined-up the move. The paperwork was emailed almost immediately, the date and time was confirmed right after that. On the Sunday night before the move, I received an automated text reminded me of the appointment. And I received a call, right on time, from the driver when he was 20 minutes away. I would think that anyone who lives in Maine can appreciate that due to how incredibly difficult it is in this state to get a business, ANY business, to just return a phone call. I'm not a fan of the general business and work ethic of most southern Maine businesses because they all seem to be such pains to work with; from restaurants to service providers .But this business is the exception to that rule. Just an all around seamless experience. The truck was professional, as were the drivers and they took exceptionally good care of my table. Could not have asked for more.

TL;DR: We used Integrity Movers for our 9th move in 9 years and it was by far the worst experience in our moving experience history. We hired Integrity Movers to pack our house up with their materials (e.g. boxes, packing tape, etc) and load a uHaul as we were moving far away. Our pack and load with Integrity Movers was the most expensive (out of experience moving 9 times) because what was agreed upon during the reservation process was not followed through with. There seems to be significant communication issues not only between the managers, Pat and Ken, but also manager to employee. - The packers were supposed to start loading after packing and would not - Movers were told and expected the loading to be started and it wasn’t - Less employees showed up for the move than specifically asked for - Shrink wrap to protect furniture was not brought as told during the booking If you have an important or large move I strongly recommend looking at other companies in Portland. Full Context: We required packing and loading only. Integrity Movers turned out to be the most expensive, longest time to load, and most stressful to deal with when issues come up out of the 9 other moving companies we have used. When I spoke with Pat, we coordinated a date to pack and start moving things into the truck and then the next day to finish the move. I was very specific in asking for a four man and provided a detailed inventory list of what needed to be moved. I was assured that we would have 4 movers equipped with tools and shrink wrap to secure our belongings over our moving blankets. “Take an assortment of packing material and stretch wrap” is actually on the estimate form. I bet you can guess where this is going… On the pack/start loading day, we called and asked if we could have the AM slot the next day instead of the PM slot and was told, “no problem, it actually works out better for us”. I want to emphasize this, IN NO WAY did Integrity Movers communicate by moving our time slot up, we would receive less movers. They specifically told us that it would work better for them. Unsure why splitting a crew would work better for them. If we were told this, we would have kept everything as is. Here’s what actually happened: Day 1 - Pack & Start Loading Day ($1,495 plus $90 tip): - Crew arrives as scheduled - Finishes packing at 2:30 and refuses to start loading the truck Day 2 - Finish Loading Day ($1,670 plus $80 tip) - 2 movers instead of 4 arrive and are confused as they were told there were not a lot of items and loading was already started the day before. - No tools to take apart anything - No shrink wrap to secure furniture - We had to wait for shrink wrap to be delivered - Two more movers eventually showed up, helped with the heavy items and left. I was told that they had to split the crew on day 2 because we wanted to start in the morning and not the afternoon. In no way, shape, or form was that communicated when I simply asked if an AM slot happened to be open. Problem #1) 2 movers showed up instead of 4 which slowed the entire process down. Multiple items that needed to be loaded in the middle of the truck, per the movers, required 4 people to lift. We were told two more people would be coming back to help, but only one showed up. Problem #2) Unprepared - no tools and no shrink wrap. The crew was held up waiting for shrink-wrap to be delivered. Problem #3) The packing crew on day 1 was supposed to start loading to make it easier for the moving crew on day 2, but the packing crew refused and Integrity Movers didn’t answer the phone. Integrity Movers ended up charging us for 2 people, "as a concession", despite the fact that the other people that came to help were there for a very minimal amount of time. If Integrity sent 4 movers, sent the movers with the correct supplies, and if the packers started the loading process -- as discussed during the intake call -- then our move would have been significantly less expensive.

Christopher. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your move. I understand your frustration in the crew being two crew vs the four crew you had requested. However, please know we did the very best we could with the resources we had available on that day. Like most businesses COVID has has created additional challenges beyond those already existing in a tight labor market. This being the first correspondence since your move in early December implies that your shipment was packed and loaded properly and without damage. Again I apologize for the frustration you experienced in an already stressful situation. We strive to make every move perfect and learn, as a company, from those moves that due not go as smoothly as we would like. We wish you the best in your new home.
