  I have rented a unit from this storage center twice. Gina, who works in the office was very friendly and helpful both times. They keep the lot clean and well maintained. The gate is always closed and secure, so I never have to worry about unsupervised traffic. The pull strap was missing from my unit, I went to the office and told her and it was fixed the next time I came back. Always friendly and helpful.

  I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at Interstate Self Storage at 1002 Commercial Dr. in Brunswick, Ga. Steve was very helpful and so easy to work with and informative. I was moving into the area that weekend and he made everything a breeze. He and Gina both have been very helpful as I also work out of my storage unit and they were very attentive to my needs as well as my security. Moving is always expensive and they let me know about promotions and discounts to help me out as well financially. I work with a residential security company and customer service is job #1 for us and I found the same attentiveness to details and hospitality with both Gina and Steve. You guys get an A+ in my book.
