Reserved a truck online for pick-up later on in the day. When I called a little later to see if I could possibly get the truck any earlier they told me I'd be lucky to get the truck by the reserved time, that more than likely it would be 30-45 mins later. It wouldn't have been such a big deal except they said, aside from me calling back, there was no way they would let me know the status of the truck or it's ETA. When I called back I was put on hold repeatedly and while waiting I was hung up on. All the reps I spoke with never once expressed anything close to an apology for the close to 30 mins total I was on hold or for the hour delay with the truck delivery.
