Would give them 0 stars for customer service and integrity. Been waiting almost 2 months for a refund on a storage shed we paid in advance. People in the office constantly telling us we'll get our check in 2 weeks and it's been 2 months. Still haven't received any money. When we emptied our sheds our next month's lease had just started and they told us we would get a refund on that also. Then they turned around and said sorry, you're not getting any money back on those sheds. Says it's in the fine print which it isn't. So we've accepted the loss of that money but they won't refund the other shed we paid four days before it was due. If you rent from these people, be prepared for them to tell you one thing and do another. They should be reported to the better Business bureau for stealing our money but I think maybe that'll be my next step

They were VERY professional about getting set up. I just had to call and I payed over the phone. Then I just had to go into the office to finish everything. They even have locks for sale for $15 (plus tax). Everything looked very clean and organized. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!!!

Excellent self storage facility—clean, well maintained and secure. The manager, Barbie, was very friendly from the ‘get go’ providing me with facility access and pricing information as well as a quick tour of the 2 unit sizes I was interested in. She made it easy for me to quickly down-select units and made paperwork a breeze. Excellent service with a smile😊. One suggestion: owners should buy new Batteries for the golf cart we drove to view units. Prospective customer’s shouldn’t have to walk up a small hill because of an under-powered golf cart and no, Barbie and I don’t have a weight problem👍🤣😇. Good luck 😉
