  They were able to move my couch to my new apartment! It's a big couch and I had no idea how I would be able to get it up a flight of stairs and through the doorway! They are good at what they do and knew to take the couch apart 🤯 I didn't even know you could do that!!! They got it in with no problems and now my dogs are happy!

  This review is slightly mixed. I appreciate the movers coming out on a day that wasn’t great for moving. We had a lot of heavy items and they did great trying to get our things moved. The reason for this review mostly is because after having other heavy items delivered later in the day I realized this company doesn’t exactly take care of their employees as well as they could. They weren’t all wearing shoes that were conducive to moving, which should be a company policy to protect them from hurting themselves. They also didn’t appear to know body mechanics because they way the lifted items was pretty scary. They eventually became frustrated with one another and were arguing at one point. They were professional, but because of the weight of the items you could tell they could have benefited from knowing proper lifting techniques. They had a lift on the truck and a dolly, it just seemed they didn’t know what they were doing. They were very kind! But definitely could use some training so they don’t hurt themselves.

  We were on schedule at 9:30 they never got there to 9:50. They did call and say they would be late cause they had to stop and get breakfast. I have a one bedroom apartment and only moved 1 mile up the street. They got done at 1:37. Dropped a few boxes, ran into doors with the dolly, they truly acted like they did not know how to move. Asking us where are stuff goes when it’s clearly marked on the boxes and we got charged $580.
