Let me start by saying that I don’t often write reviews unless I’ve had an amazing experience. These days, that is very few and far between. That said, Jack’s Junk Removal exceeded our expectations on customer service, price and accommodating our schedule. Realizing that we have a little one at home, Jack went above and beyond what we asked! He not only removed the tree, but took the liberty to remove the tree stump! Additionally, Nicole was such a pleasure to work with as well. She was responsive, transparent, and was able to accommodate our request with an unbeatable price! Honestly, we could not be more pleased with the work they did. HIGHLY recommend Jack’s Junk Removal for their customer service, transparency and affordability - all a rarity in today’s world. Thank you!
