  DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY! When they couldn't get my dresser out of the room the owner TONI told them it's not their problem and to leave it there. I wanted to say good things about the movers who came despite all of that until my neighbors came and told me they emptied their entire trailer on the side of our road. None of which was from my move. When I called TONI and told him what happened and that my neighbors were upset, he showed no interest in resolving it and  told me to report him to the Sheriff's Dept if that's what I needed to do. His guys were gone for the day. SOUTHEAST MOVERS IS ALSO JACKSONVILLE ELITE MOVERS

  The worst most unprofessional company iv ever dealt with. From the front office to the owner. I was charged multiple times. The movers were 2 hours late told me they were on the way then turned around an hour later an said they was on the way again . Worst part is they dropped my stuff to my new house and didn’t put anything back together AND CHARGED ME ANOTHER 100$ so a total Of 450$ to throw my stuff in a house. I COULD OF DID THAT. Then the owner says he will come finish the job that evening then is a no call no show then tells me I didn’t pay for that AFTER saying he would come . Literally the worst experience ever

  Absolutely the worst unprofessional company ever. Any positive reviews are family members as the dispatcher Mr. Nelson changed the arrival time multiple times finally telling me they would arrive at 7:00am. They arrived at 9:00. Then Mr. Nelson wanted payment and called every hour not knowing where they would be complete. They tipped a changing table/dresser on its side breaking off an end and the driver said they would take it to be repaired. When I called and spoke to Mr. Nelson he told me to cobtact the driver as he knew nothing about it and the driver lied that they would repair it. Then mr. Nelson claimed I told them to throw it out. I called the driver since I had his number and he said he still had it. Nelson then admitted they would deliver it on Monday. They never delivered it and never paid me for damages. They claim I told them to throw it out. If I wanted it thrown out why not take it to the dumpster outside my apartment? Check mate they are lairs.
