When you are calling them to schedule a move, they are very helpful and friendly. Answered the phone every time I called. That chanaged after the move. They overcharged me and I called to ask for a refund. Dawn said that will be taken care of. She had to get with the driver and would get back to me. Two months later I am still waiting for my return call and refund. I called numerous times, no answer. I left several messages, no response. I send email, no response. Amazing that once they get your business, they no longer care about you. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would not recommend this company to anyone. RESPONSE : Yes you are correct. I paid the amount quoted to me but I was told I would receive a 10% discount off of that amount which I did not get. To me, that is being overcharged. I did not forget to give a coupon. There was no coupon to give. It was a 10% discount that YOU offered to me. You told me it was on his paperwork and he forgot to apply it and I called one day later not a week later. It was originally for 42 dollars (10% off of 420) then I was told it would be 31 (can't give discount on travelling hour) now I see you lowered it to 20. Why the changes? Yes you were going to check with William and get back to me. Two months later still waiting for response. Why am I still waiting to hear fom you? Beverly Miletta

Hello I don't recall a customer by the name Grammie B ... We have never over charged any one ...Definitely not how we do business at Jax Asap Movers...I do recall speaking to a customer that mentioned , she didn't let the driver know she had a coupon she would have liked to apply to her bill... but forgotten to mention coupon at the time of rendering service.We charged you the same price quote you was giving over the phone no more , No less...You called a week after your move and mention we could write and mail you a check for coupon amount($20.00)... And my response was let me speak it over with William about this situation...So given a review stating you've been over charged...And not the truth that your coupon wasn't applied is just totally insane.WOW Have a Blessed Day!

The two men who arrived were very nice and professional. Situation was a little rough cause of all the mud in the yard from the rain but they were unaffected at all. They came in and helped get my grandma's stuff loaded very fast and carefully. Our stuff was going into storage for now and they even loaded the storage unit perfectly and took apart the furniture for us. Will definitely be using them again when we get everything out of storage into an apartment for her.

These guys are the BEST movers I’ve ever had!! Due to school and graduate training, I’ve moved about 10 times in the last 15 years, and these guys were the best I have ever worked with! My original movers cancelled on Sunday afternoon, and I was panicking because I had to be out of my apartment by Monday morning. I called them and they came out on Sunday night! William, Jason, and Jesse were amazing, and a real answer to prayer. They are pros! They were not overwhelmed or intimated by the amount of boxes. They were confident and worked quickly, efficiently, and treated my items with care. They packed the truck expertly - it was like Tetris! They were friendly and professional. They showed up with great attitudes and a mindset to work. I will call them the next time I move, and I am recommending Jax ASAP Movers to my friends in the area. This is an exceptional company, and I am so very grateful for their quality service and professionalism. They saved the day and did it with smiles and made me laugh on one of the most stressful days I’ve had. Thank you SO very much, and God bless!
