On-time arrival = 5 stars!!! The Scheduler is amazing and top-notch. She should receive an award for being the best!!! I recently made the same move 6 months ago. Same items. Same packed system. Lets me share with you my experience. 6 months ago with two movers and myself it took 1 hour to unload. With Jays Transfer we had 3 workers and myself and it took 2 hours to load and 2 hours to unload. Garage to truck, and truck to garage. No stairs. No appliance or large items. Two couches and 40 totes. Everything in black and yellow containers interlocking. They spent 15 minutes opening my totes to look for liquids. All of the items were wrapped and set in the black and yellow totes 5 tall. The totes interlock to allow for grabbing a dolly and rolling on to the truck. It is clear the lead worker came with an expectations of earning a specific amount. Instead of pulling the dolly with items. He instructed the other two to carry one tote at a time. Really. After a hour of frustration I unloaded and loaded the truck myself and pulled the items to the truck or garage to allow them to stack. One person, me, was working harder than the people getting paid. Additionally, the moving blankets they used on my coach may have dust mites in them. How do I know. One, the blankets look like they have never been washed. Two, I decided to fold them to save time. And after words I was itching. I had to jump out of my clothes. It was the blankets. They are stored in a wood container stacked by the 50s. This is field for dust mites

Very reasonable, polite, onetime. Would highly recommend. They did an awesome job! Nothing was damaged. Even asked where I wanted things in the new house. Highly recommend and I will use again for moving.

Top notch professional movers! We received a fair and reasonable quote, by the office manager, to move our daughter's bedroom furniture set (very heavy wood) and our family piano, from Hagerstown, to her new home in northern Virginia. The crew arrived on the scheduled day (on time!) and immediately got to work. They used hand trucks, dollies, ramps and padding to carefully move furniture from the 2nd floor, as well as expertly loaded and unloaded our 50 year old piano without a scratch! A+
