  Won't Warranty parts that under warranty. Tried to charge100 in shipping for 20 dollar's or less in shipping. Small part. Vary bad Customer service. My business will be taken else were

  Sorry you are unhappy Robert ,We found that your switch harnesses to the two switches were swapped causing the module to Burn up . We credited you the cost of the module even though the miss wiring caused the module to burn up . As far as the part I advised you that the only way Buyers ships is UPS and the lowest price we have received a part for was 102 dollars . I told you we had a truck coming up in a three weeks or so but you advised me that that was not soon enough that you wanted it shipped UPS. Now I have a part We do not normally stock with a freight we have to absorb .

  Did some shopping around and decided to give Jewell a try. The owner seems like he really knows his products and if you have a question and he does not have the answer he will find it. I was a little nervous at first to have them touch my truck, but they had the plow in stock I wanted. Took a little longer to have done than previous plow installs due to extra wiring, which made me more nervous. I was afraid they were going to gouge me with additional labor charges from what I was originally quoted. In the end they kept their word and did not charge the additional hours. The install itself looks good, i wish the wire tires were cut cleaner and the cables tucked a little nicer but overall I feel like Charlie did a better job than a previous company I had a plow installed at. Also they promised to defer submitting my warranty work to ensure I maximized my warranty. That's good business to me. As of right now they have done me right and I would continue doing business with them. If that changes I will change my review.
