We had very high hopes for this company after initially scheduling our move, however, our kindness was quickly taken advantage of. The movers who delivered our items were extremely personable but upon them leaving we discovered that they had simply shoved all of our boxes into the garage instead of putting them into the rooms they were labeled for (these rooms were also shown to them and discussed during the morning walkthrough). Then, upon inspecting the larger items that had been placed in the correct rooms, we discovered furniture pieces that had been put together without the majority of the safety hardware as well as several items that were not only severely broken but that were also intentionally hidden so that we would not see the damage until after they had left. After contacting the company and filing a claim for the damaged items, we were told we would only be receiving repair costs instead of replacement costs for the costly sentimental items they destroyed and that part of the repair costs would still have to come out of our pocket as they would be deducting $250 from our repair check to cover their deductible for the items they carelessly broke and attempted to hide from us. Overall we would absolutely NOT recommend JK Moving if you are looking for a quality moving company with integrity. While JK Moving prided themselves on having high standards and values when we signed a contract with them, the work and actions they delivered showed otherwise.

We selected JK Moving Services a few weeks ago to move much of the furniture .... and my wife's piano ... to a new residence. The whole experience was fantastic. Phil and Irisa were great and very attentive at all steps in the process, including after-the-fact follow up to make sure we were satisfied and that there were no outstanding issues.The crew showed up early, went right to work, wrapped everything in cushioned blankets .. and accomplished the whole move before noon. We were so satisfied that we are using them again next week to more our remaining furniture. It was truly a happy experience. Chris Zabawa, Bethesda, Maryland, USA.

JK Moving was great to work with through the entire move process. Their sales team was responsive and communicated everything clearly. Prices were fair. The packing and moving crews took amazing care of our belongings. The move coordinator was extremely helpful both before and after our move. A+ would 100% recommend JK Moving to anyone looking to move their home!
