  My furniture and belongings were delivered yesterday. Two estate king bed mattresses were scuffed and stained with some sort of oil, my entertainment center was damaged, my coffee table top is lifted from the base due to them lifting from top, two large tv’s barely wrapped but in 3 thin pieces of paper (one tv not turning on and smells like the same oil that leaked on my mattress). I have been unloading large boxes full of bundled up papers only to find one plastic lampshade or some towels buried deep in probably 50 paper crumples per large box. When these jobbers arrived at my departing address, there were 6 people. By the end of the day there were 8 people. They arrived at 9am and did not leave until 9pm. I am minimalistic and this was a two bedroom apartment I was living in. I had made separate piles for them to pack (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, etc). The only thing they needed to enter any rooms for were the beds. I asked them to protect my floors and be gentle. They were extremely rough and inconsiderate. The guys and girls working were flirting and being inappropriate while packing. Once I noticed there was zero professionalism, my husband and I monitored them as much as possible. It is too bad that you can not trust a crew that you’ve brought into your home expecting your belongings to be handled carefully and this is the outcome. Damaged furniture (costing thousands of dollars), wasted paper protecting non valuable items (costing extra time and energy when trying to settle into a new home). Do yourself a favor and do NOT do business with these people. I would be ashamed to have any of these people employed for my establishment. If I could give them no stars I would.

Please call customer service number I provided and make sure they know you are a military customer so they can expedite your claims process. I will call my contact at Allied Military to ask why she was under the impression that Tier One had called you.

  Team was professional and courteous. Handled everything with great care. Stuff was broken in transit, but cannot fault the crew for that mishap.

  We used Jobbers and Allied for our cross country move and they were great! The whole process went well. The estimate was good. The movers on both ends (loading and unloading the truck) were friendly and professional. We had nothing lost or damaged. Highly recommend!
