  I was very satisfied with the quality of the move. Koké and Dan did a great job, they were efficient and yet very careful with my furniture. Other movers that I have used complained of the number of boxes I had but this crew simply looked at the job and took care of it. Great attitude on both their parts. I highly recommend

  I needed to move out of my apartment to prepare for an overseas deployment. I called while training in the field for a quote, and talked to Rosalinda, who was professional and helpful. She managed to set up a move right away for just a few days later, and while I was on the phone I received the contract and confirmation emails. After this, I received multiple emails from the company to flesh out details of the move and remind me of the move, as well as a couple phone calls to clarify details on my end. The communication during this time was, again, continuously professional. On the day of the move, I received text and phone call updates from the crew, Fredrick and Jorge, so that I knew exactly when they would arrive, and they arrived just when they said they would. We moved multiple pieces of furniture and a few boxes from my apartment and then cleared out my smaller storage unit of its contents, so that I could migrate everything to one unit. During this, Gary came to spot check the move, and was very friendly to myself and the moving crew the whole time. Fredrick and Jorge were also very friendly and professional the whole time, and finished the move in under 2 hours, faster than the original time estimate. Overall, zero problems, phenomenal communications throughout, and very helpful and professional staff to assist in all steps of the process.

  John Ferguson recently provided transport for my large 3 bedroom household long distance move. I have been professionally moved for job transfers 5 times in 20 years by several nationally known moving companies. John Ferguson Moving & Storage service was exceptional! The company painlessly rescheduled my move at my request several times. The team they provided for load and unload was professional, prompt and experienced. My furniture has never been so carefully protected and handled. The team took extra measures to secure and wrap each piece and each of the 4 man team worked nonstop at pickup and destination locations. Their rates are very reasonable. The experience of working with this company was a pleasure at every phase of my move. I highly recommend John Ferguson for any moving needs you may have.
