  PODS is great if they don't mess up your property. I submitted an incident report almost a year ago when their driver damaged my driveway. I'm requesting to be reimbursed for $250 for repairs. I can't get ahold of anyone to help me! Customer service continues to give me the runaround of "someone will contact you in 48-72 hours... that's all that I can do for you." No one ever calls me back. PODS is a horrible, unresponsive company that does not care about its employees. DON'T USE THEM!!

  PODS was a good solution for moving for me. I did have an issue with initial delivery and final location delivery. Both were a day later than scheduled. Once I called they apologized and made sure that delivery of my POD was made a priority. All considered it was a good experience. Their price is a little higher than other similar services but they received better reviews.

  Super convenient service, I can't believe I never thought of this idea. I had a 3 week wait between selling my house and moving into a new one and this is a way better solution than driving to and from a storage shed to store and retrieve. Professional and responsive service and I will definitely use them if I have to move again.
