  After another moving company failed to do my scheduled move, Johnson Storage & Moving reached out and offered to schedule my move the next morning. The two movers, Jason and Mitch, were professional and expedient. I have a heavy book collection, but they treated everything with care. The entire move lasted just under 2.5 hours, and cost less than the estimate. Thanks so much!

  Everyone I spoke with were great! The movers were on time, VERY IMPORTANT, and did a great job, I'd use them again, and recommend then to anyone! Thanks for the great job!

  They were supposed to show up between 10 and 12. They showed up at 3. I called Sharon multiple times to find out where they were. All she said was she didn't know. I told her I was waiting out in the heat and she laughed. Someone named Matt called me at 130 and told me they were on their way...and to collect the money. I said I'd pay when they were done. As I said it was 3 when they showed up. The movers themselves were nice. The front office is both rude and incompetent. When I called to complain the last time, Sharon said, 'Well I could just cancel you.' Matt called once more to collect money. He said the movers were about to pull up to my house. I said to him again, I'll pay when you're done. A half hour later they still were not there. They finally arrived to the destination and it was done properly. The laborers are fine. Management is rude and incompetent.
