I'd give zero stars if that was available. I contacted them to get an estimate for my move. I was promised one in 3 days but never received it. I contacted again and again was promised. After that time passed I left a phone message requesting an answer. I never received a response. I had to scramble to make other arrangements after wasting 2 weeks with Johnson.
