  Overall: Won't use them again. I'll pay more money for a more professional moving service. Detailed review below. I requested a quote from them about a month before my move. I was moving less than a mile with a single bedroom, no appliances. Quote was $60/hr/mover with a 2 mover and 2 hour minimum. A recommended tip of $10/hr/mover. They arrived promptly and noted the time when they actually started moving items. They were responsive over texts and emails. Pros: Very reasonably priced (Roughly $350 compared to $1215 from Puget Sound Movers), they were prompt and moved everything without much fuss or delay. Provided carpet shields for new apartment. Cons: Charged me for 3 hours + tips despite actually only working 2.5 hours. I'm not opposed to rounding up to the hour, but that was not posted anywhere so I felt like it was kind of sneaky. They did not have carpet protectors in my old apartment despite my efforts to never walk on it with shoes. They dropped my couch in the snow/dirt and did not make any effort to clean it. They folded my mattress in half and taped it to make it easier to move - this is not how it should've been moved. Minor marks on my other protectors because they cut holes in my plastic wrap to get the air out. Again, no effort in cleaning the dirt. They dropped a couple boxes and were rough on some of my stuff. I transported the fragile stuff so nothing was damaged.

  Overall moving experience was okay. Pros They were swift and shrink wrapped my furniture to protect them from damage They were honest and friendly. They proceed with the move despite snowing on the day as promised Good communication with their customer representative. Flexible in booking the time. Good rates/hr. Cons (the reason for 4 stars) I was promised some complimentary wardrobe boxes but it did not happen. I even double-checked with the agent the day before so that I would leave my hanging clothes unpacked. The movers told me the boxes got damaged by previous move. It was fine when the movers moved my hanging clothes to my own boxes. However they insist on stuffing everything in one large box and shrink wrap the top part as the box was fully loaded. In the process of unloading the shrink wrap did not hold my clothes and some of them fell out and got dirtied. Also this is something worth mentioning to make sure movers are more aware. 2 of my gaming stools were stolen in a flash when movers were in my home taking care of other things. The stools happened to be in the outermost part of the truck giving easy access for people to take. While it does not cost me a fortune but it is a loss for me. I reached out to the customer service later and as expected I did not receive any resolution on this. While this may not be their responsibility but it is unfortunate that I have to pay the price for this.

  Movers were great. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I called them around noon on the day of the move to see if they could possibly have someone available. They were not only accommodating, but the guys were right on time. They were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and very careful with our stuff. They were probably even more careful than I would have been. They were also very quick and efficient with the time. I appreciate everything that Movers did for us. I would definitely use them again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.
