I explicitly told the young men who are loading my truck that I had furniture blankets and straps for them to use. I repeatedly told them to use my furniture blankets. When I got to the new location the secund moving company found my truck in disarray and they did not use my furniture blankets that I provided. They also proceeded to put heavy items on top of the lighter items. Most of my furniture was DAMAGED. When I contacted the company the owner threatened me if I left him a bad review. They did such a poor job that the company who unloaded me was stunned and left a notation on my account about how poorly they loaded the truck.

We received help from 2 very nice young men today, Gage and Jay helped us unload our moving truck, they worked fast and efficiently. We enjoyed seeing these two work and interacting with us like we were old friends.

Run from this company, because if you don't, you will experience a moving nightmare. One of the movers that was sent was extremely hot-headed and disrespectful from the beginning. When I tried to make suggestions regarding the items that were being moved, his response was "Lady, I've been doing this for years. Don't tell me how to do my job!" The owner proved to be the same. I called him to to request either a new mover or a full refund, and he hang up on me (two times). The third time I called, his final response, was "**** you!" In conclusion, we were left stranded and had to hire someone else for the move.
