Amazing company, I’ve used them twice now. The first time I used them, it was easy and comfortable. Very accommodating staff; from the initial phone call, to follow up phone calls, to communication with the first driver to communication with the second driver to the final bill. I live in Massachusetts, but we had to clean out a house in Alexandria, VA in November (our first time using Junk King). Such a smooth transaction, and in MA, I use disposal companies a lot. I was blown away. I think I may have even written a positive review, because this kind of service needs to be noticed. I had to go down AGAIN last weekend to finalize the house clean out and the FIRST CALL was to Junk King at 6:30p (past normal business hours). My wife said to call in the morning, but I said, “I bet they answer. I’ve got that feeling”. They did and I had a dumpster scheduled for two days later. I wish they were up here in MA! Thank you!

Daren and Baka were on time, professional and the company is 5 star on customer service. The staff that answered the phone are very accommodating and pleasant. Changing the date was no problem. Payment was easy by email link and was done before the team left the property. The price for the work was fair and in line with the amount of work and hauling required for cleaning out an attic with 30 years worth of junk.

Awesome company! They answer their phone, respond in minutes and they offer same Day service! Their website is helpful and easy to use. Junk King’s Crews are serious pros who know their business and it shows. Their team is friendly, honest, organized, super efficient and delivers as promised on time. Chris & Joe sized up my job, gave me a quote and it didn’t not change. No end of job surprises! They did a great job and they are quick. I’m a realtor, this was my first experience working with Junk King and I highly recommend them!
