Today was a bit of struggle with inventory, I reserved a trailer and when I arrived, I had been able to "check it out" from stock and we walked around the parking lot and the trailer was not on site. After 15 mins, the representative did some admin work and apparently the previous customer picked up the trailer to use again. My reservation was not guaranteed and had to drive to Springfield VA to pick up an auto transport trailer.

Great service and very helpful in general, taking the time to explain about their process. They don't pro-rate so whenever you move out, if it's after the 3rd or 4th 🤔 of the month. You pay the set amount. They don't charge administrative fees. Their systems are linked across the country. I like that. A huge fleet of trucks and storage; very clean facilities; even the bathroom.

The worst service ever! UHAUL is charging fees for everything. I rented a box truck and I drove 87 miles, the price was calculated for almost $136 bucks, but with the invented policy fees they have, I had to pay $220. The next time I will think it twice before to rent a car with Uhaul
