  I highly recommend this moving service to anybody I received GREAT customer service. They were fast, organized, and very gentle with my property! The movers were very respectfully and helpful during the entire process of my move. I received great communication when booking my move from them as well. I will definitely book with them again for my next move if I could rate more stars I would!

  Just Move was hired to perform moving services for my girlfriend and I on 10-1-2021. Less than 24 hrs before the move, Sherman called my girlfriend to state that he would possibly have to outsource our move to another company as his company "may" not be able to get to us. Not being able to make accommodations last minute, we waited on a response to determine the path forward. He assured us that the company that he would outsource us to was a good company and that they would be in touch. Well, I had to call him back as they never reached out. Sherman then gave me Blueprint Moving and Packing's number as this was who he outsourced the move to. We were supposed to get started Friday morning at 8am, but didn't start until 5:33pm. After having to jump Blueprint's truck because it quit, we partially finished moving at 2am yet, we didn't finish completely because we had a second stop to get things from storage that we never went to. We were then treated as if we were being done a favor by him not cancelling and for also outsourcing the work. We will NEVER work with this company again.

  I’m sorry your moving experience with Blueprint Moving and Packing did not meet your expectations.    In order to accommodate our customers and best serve our customers, we occasionally use a third-party whom we trust will provide the same quality of service.    In situations where Just Move DFW is not able to accommodate a move within the customer’s timeline, we outsource to someone who has the capacity to take care of the customer.   It is unfortunate that Blueprint Moving and Packing experienced mechanical problems during the move.    We value our customers and respect your time.   It is not our intention or that of Blueprint Moving and Packing to make customers feel as though we are doing them a favor.   Our intention is to try and accommodate the customer as best we can.   Your feedback is appreciated and we will make every effort to ensure your next move is stress-free should you change your mind.

  The company was attentive and responsive to my needs. I thought the movers took a little too long for a move that was 10 mins away. I had a broken item and the owner personally took care of it. He resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I may use them to move my storage unit in the near future.
