  I had an upright piano moved and the service was excellent. I have no complaints. I was told they would be there between 9am-10am, they were there about 10 minuets before 9am. I love punctuality. When I need something moved again I will definitely hire Katy Movers again.

  I had a scheduled move for Feb 28, 2022, with a crew of four and two trucks. They showed up on time, out of the the four young men only one had on a mask, my fiancé politely asked them why don’t the three of you have on a mask and could you put one on because we are not vaccinated. They all left out went and went to there truck and got masks. I went up stairs and I came down he was discussing the move with my fiancé and I told him I’m paying and I’m the one you need to talk to and she replied were just going over the contract, me and the young man started going Over the contract and I told him I didn’t recall a 100$ trip. I didn’t remember discussing that when I made the reservation, I never said that I was not going to pay it. Generally when there is a issue with the contract the driver calls the manager right there in your presence. They all went out to there truck and when I walked outside they were closing the doors to their truck leaving and when I asked what was going on they told me they was not going to do the move and that the Mary Beth will give me a call and send out another truck. No one never called I reached out to Mary Beth, several times no one answered finally she picks up I explained to her what happens she tell me that doesn’t sound right they shouldn’t have done that let me reach out to dispatch and I will get back with you. I mentioned that the drivers said that you would send out another truck and she stated I’m sorry I don’t have another truck to send out. I wait 40 minutes and I call Mary Beth, back and she tells me she still haven’t talk to anyone. It has been two days and I have not heard from Mary Beth, or no one from Katy Movers. They are not transparent, very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Call All Texas Movers, great company.

  Katy Movers, Inc. provided excellent service making my move easy, affordable, and quick. Communication with the office staff setting up the move date and coordinating times was easy. Three packers arrived the day before the move. The brought plenty of boxes, packing paper and energy! They worked quickly, yet carefully, packing all my possessions. The following day, 2 packers returned along with 3 movers. All my furniture was wrapped in blankets, as was my front door frame. Runners where placed along my hardwoods and carpet. These 5 worked great together as a team to complete the moves in a timely manner, taking excellent care of my belongings. I would highly recommend Katy Movers, Inc.
