We did a local move with Kloke group and they damaged some furniture. They sent an assessor out to quantify the damage and after providing substandard coverage they refuse to e-mail me back or call me back. This was a military move and I'm currently in the process of filing a claim against the company for failure to fulfil its legal obligations to provide compensation/full replacement value for damaged goods. Highly unprofessional and very unresponsive.

We've used Kloke group on several occasions. They've ended up moving other members from my family and extended family. We've always had excellent service. I appreciate the honest bids. Ron really took the time to make sure his quote was as accurate as possible - even when we changed things on him several times. I have used Ron Beckner and the Kloke Group on a couple of occasions. They are very professional, hard working and thorough when they move your precious belongings. I highly recommend the Kloke group and it is always a pleasure working with their sales associate Ron Beckner. Ron is very thorough when he does an estimate, so you can rest assured that the quote you got is not going to change on moving day. Give them a call!
