  I had a very positive experience using ShoreView. They helped us move from the DC area to Charleston South Carolina. We did the full service packing and it was great. They packed everything up on Friday and then delivered everything on Monday. Nothing was lost or broken. It was a very smooth move and they stuck to their price. That was the main reason we chose them because they came out to our place before hand for our quote.

  Moving coordinator was not very proactive—we had to initiate all communications. Additionally, despite notifying the salesperson verbally and the moving coordinator in writing that a shuttle would be needed for delivery, an 18-wheeler showed up on the day of delivery. We had to wait all day for our items to be transferred to a smaller truck so that we could receive our delivery. No apology and no acknowledgement of the extreme inconvenience. I cannot recommend ShoreView.

  We recently used ShoreView Moving and Storage for our move from VA to GA and had GREAT experience from start to finish. The pricing was accurate with no surprises, easy communication with ShoreView, Heather stayed in contact with us throughout the process and GEORGE our truck driver and onsite team lead for loading, transport and unloading was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! George takes pride in a good well done, executes the process of loading and unloading in a very efficient manner all while with a personable approach. If you're about to move - use ShoreView Moving and ask for George to be your driver/team lead. We will on our next move !!!
