  They provided me with an affordable quote and were very professional, respectful and helpful to my 75 yr old mother who was moving. Very responsive and completed the job very quickly. They communicated with me the job was completed and sent pictures, which I appreciated. Highly recommend! Thank you again!!

  We hired KMG to scrap and paint the soffits on our house. This was the AFTER picture. There was quite literally more chipping paint than before. When brought to the attention of the company they were extremely rude and completely unhelpful. They truly had the worst customer service I have encountered. Our entire experience with this company has been nothing but stress and disappointment. ETA a fun little example of just how lovely and professional their customer service is.

  Thank You for your feedback Victoria. We are sorry you feel this way. However I believe the miscommunication is between you and your husband as We came out and spoke with your husband when quote was given and understanding was met with your husband as you were not present at that time. Three out of four sides of your house were done perfectly (per you and your husbands messages and words can provide pictures of proof if needed) the one side that you have taken a picture was too high to be reached with a ladder. The option for a lift was given from Begininng to your husband for you to pay lift costs and he stated it was not necessary as does not need to be perfect you are selling the house just need to hide as much as you can for inspection reasons. therefore due to the circumstances of where the side is located higher stairs cannot be put there in the angle of your soffit location because i would be risking my employees lives. Something i am not willing to do as i value my employees more than profit. I am reiterating that Your husband was made aware from beginning that it might not be able to be done and we would try our best by just painting it with poles. He was okay with this and stated do it as cheap as possible as we are Selling house and need it done asap. I have the photos of the other sides that were painted and scraped to as much perfection as possible with an old House that needs to be redone from scratch not painted to hide FHA inspection not up to par. However going back and forth with he said she said is not professional or something I will continue to do. Aside from all of this, out of courtesy and respect we have given you the chance to paint it one more time with poles and you have stated you will be doing it yourself because you can do a better job. Therefore someone who can do the job themselves i am more than happy to step away. I wish you all the best and I am sorry we cannot make everyone happy. We will continue to do business with everyone else that understands the safety of my employees and values the hardwork we give.

  Today two very nice and professional gentlemen came to assemble my new treadmill 😊. It was too heavy for us to place it in the basement, and I didn’t want to assemble it incorrectly. They carried it down to the basement and quickly assembled it for us! And also made sure it worked before leaving. We truly appreciate it!! Thank you 🙏🏽 KMG movers. Awesome service 👍🏽.
