The manager, Jason, was super easy to work with, he made my experience a very positive one. He was there to meet me at the unit when he said he'd be there and the payment process was seamless. He even checked back on me and my son to see how we were doing. I'll being doing more business with KO Storage.

We been renting a Unit for awhile now, we have never had any issues and when we wanted to get into a bigger unit it was a quick easy switch and might add not far from the original one. I would recommend KO storeage to friends, family or even strangers. Also customer service has always been very polite and professional also might add very understanding when you are late on a payment.
