  Kraft Moving and Storage is by far the best moving company I ever worked with. John Kraft and his crew are second to none. I was pleasantly surprised at how his crew took care of my wife. She had accidentally left some medicine in a box. The box was already loaded in the trailer towards the front, the trailer was almost full. When my wife realize what she had done she had mentioned it to me. One of the crew overheard her and asked where her medicine was. She said it was in a white box. Everyone stopped moving. Without hesitation Kraft Moving and Storage crew unloaded the trailer and gave her her medicine in the white box. They smiled when they gave it to her. No on complained, they all cheered when they found it. That small act of kindness when they almost had the whole trailer full is second to none. If you want the best moving experience go with John Kraft Moving and Storage; I give you my word you will not be disappointed. John Sallows.

  I definitely do not recommend using this company to move any items, I used them for a move and fully regret it to this day 3.5yrs later. Initially the owner John Kraft threatened to cancel my move last minute if I didn’t move up my move date by a day, keep in mind the original agreed move date was agreed upon a month prior. During the loading of my items, their movers were kicking/jumping on a sectional of mine to disassemble. Once unloaded into the new home, several items were significantly damaged, a brand new ceiling fan was destroyed, and under-decking damaged on a new home. I paid the moving bill once the movers were done, and was instructed that John Kraft would be in touch about the damages. John was extremely rude, making several condescending comments, and hanging up on me when calling to follow up on the damages. He took no responsibility, acted as if these items were previously damaged, and was acceptable for items to get damaged during a move without rectification. Kraft sent out two furniture repairers(one for wood, and the other for leather), they fixed as much as they could on site but a few items needed to be fixed in their shop, John did not approve this because of the expense. Eventually John passed my claim on to Erica(John’s daughter who is also rude), it took months for her to issue a check to replace the ceiling fan and under-decking that Kraft damaged. I have used other moving companies in the past with no issues. I do not recommend Kraft Moving as I still have damaged items from their moving services, and unacceptable customer service.

  Unfortunately, it appears no matter what we would have done you would not have been satisfied. The damage that the moving crew caused was fixed above and beyond. As far as being rude, I mean you were a total gem to work with.... just kidding you weren't. You were rude and arrogant. Mr. Cerny, you sir felt entitled to a free move which you did not get, it very much upset you not to get your way. Your demands before the move were almost impossible to meet, which is why we were not going to do the move, but you were so saddened by this you begged for us to please do it, which we did. As far as rude, I do not believe speaking up for myself as a woman on the way you spoke to me was rude. Just because we are offering you a service does not give you the right to speak to women or men the way you do. I hope you felt better leaving this review and I hope who reads it sees through your condescending and mean words.   We hired Kraft to move us back in April and they damaged a bunch of our stuff. We are still waiting after 3 months and several phone calls for our settlement. They will not share the estimated damages with us from the person they supposedly hired to fix everything. Owner is rude and actually hung up on me twice and told me he can hang up on people if he wants to. At this point we will be contacting our attorney to settle this. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.
