  About 2 week ago I arrange the pick up of my stuff. (The moving) . I have to move to Florida this sunday. I called this Monday to verify at what time is my pick up. They told me they have only 2 drivers they doesnt secure my pick up. They never called me to let me know. They schedule for thus thursday. I called again wednesday to secure the picking up day, next day. They told me again they didn secure my pick up I told them I have to move this sunday and I have to deliver my stuff before nobody is stay here. They said I understand you but you jave to understand us. I start to call other moving company. I spend 1000$ more and they pick it up my stuff the next day very punctual in no time. Then I called again Rosa del monte thursday to cancel and they said then but we are going to pick up today. Short story they never called me to let me know they cant pick up my stuff. I spend 1000$ more and I think to pursue them to the law because they never show up I was crying that day because I didnt know what to do. Someone has to pay that amount.

  My move is now complete and I finally can give a fair review. We moved NY to San Juan. I was promised that the furniture would be taken apart in NY and put back in SJ in approximately one month (4 weeks since it gets on a ship). Well it took 12 weeks. Pros: It was cheaper compared to 2 other quotes I got. NY crew packed everything really well, first in wrapping paper, then boxed.  Overall both crews looked like they knew what they were doing. Nothing is broken (but I have very good quality furniture to begin with). Also, I have not shipped any glass objects TVs, mirrors and dishes were all donated in NY. Cons: It took 3 months and the company was not transparent about it. I would be making different decisions if I knew it was going to be that long.The furniture was not assembled. One box is missing a crucial part from the bed headboard. I am not sure whether I should be happy that only one or sad that one is missing at this point. They promised to do a search and created a claim, but I already have a feeling how that is going to go.

  We scheduled a pick up date weeks ago. The pick up date was yesterday between 2-5pm. Here we are the following day and they never arrived to pick up our things. Not only did they not show up they didn’t even call to say they wouldn’t be coming. Been calling since 8am this morning and they pick up and hang up or just leave us on hold. Rude & unprofessional!!!! Acho mi gente no se tiren ni pa cojer impulso está gente no sirve todo ready para irse y así me dejaron esperando. La Rosa De mierda worldwide Los de Orlando son iguales y cuidado si peor 😡😡😡😡
