He demands cash up front and is extremely pushy. Continued to call and ask for more money and became very verbally abusive when I said no. Refused to refund my down paymenet when I found he was not insured, not licensed by the state of Louisiana as a contractor, nor BBB accredited despite the claims made on his website, in person and in the phone book.
