We used Lawrence to move from Roanoke VA to Ohio 6 months ago. That move went very well. Unfortunately, we had to move back 6 months later. Once again, Lawrence was with us every step of the way.Tammy and Alyssa have been fantastic each time. Tammy going out of her way to help me each and every time. The drivers were also astounding in their willingness to help, were professional and courteous. They called ahead to notify of their arrival time and were right on time. Both drivers installed protective measures on the floors, rugs, door frames etc. They wrapped furniture and items to protect. I would recommend having them wrap fine china. No breakage from them wrapping, a couple pieces that I wrapped, were damaged. However, because I had insurance, I was reimbursed for the damages. I shopped and researched moving companies prior to choosing Lawrence/United Vanlines. I’ve heard horror stories from friends in their moves that used other companies or third party movers (not recommended) I wholly recommend them and won’t use anybody else!

Lawrence handled a small office relocation for me. The crew lead, Wyatt, was very communicative throughout, took care to ask the right questions and make sure the scope was complete before leaving. He didn't miss a step. Not to mention, he was polite and professional. The invoicing was complete, correct and submitted the following day. Everyone I have worked with has been very responsive and pleasant. An overall great experience and viable partner to support my client's needs.

We had a seem-less move with Wayne and his crew from Lawrence! Great communication, arrived on time, worked extremely quick/hard. Never even saw them take a break! We even had a previous issues with the screws in some furniture - crew got better ones from construction across the street to ensure it was sturdy. Not a single item lost/broken/damaged. Will certainly be using again!
