  We recently used Leave It Moving LLC for an out of state upack move. We received a call from the company promptly and they shared great advice about how to prepare for this move. It instilled a great amount of comfort. Unfortunately, the movers themselves did not actually use the items. We have severe damage to our furniture and are missing items that were left for the movers to pack. We were deeply disappointed by this as we have many items that were not useable once unpacked. I reached out to the company to share my experience as I was very upset. I was told it was not their problem. I was treated very poorly because it was my responsibility to advise the movers how to pack. And they are certain no one would take our items. We must have misplaced them. Think twice before trusting this company with your move.

Our team is focused on providing a quality experience to every customer, so it's surprising to hear that there were missing items and damaged furniture when you unpacked. We do rely on our customers to advise our team which items need to be packed, so we're not accidentally packing anything you might need ahead of time. However, if there were items that our team was not instructed to move or pack, our team would not be responsible for them if they are misplaced once the move is complete.   If you are looking for the perfect movers, look no further. We are very thankful for everything they did to help us move into our home. Great people and very respectful of our belongings and home! We couldn’t have done it without them and are very appreciative of what a great job they did! THANK YOU!

  We hired leave it moving to unload three 16 foot pods. They used three team members and unloaded everything in four hours. There was no damage to walls or stairs, which can be difficult when moving a lot of heavy items. They did wrap the side of my front door frame with a blank, which I thought showed a level of professionalism. We have small children and none of the workers smoked or swore while working at our house. I would definitely recommend leave it moving for unloading.
