  Not what I call a very good company. Our customer had 2 pallets that should have delivered on 12/2 but Price can't find the pallets. Still working on getting the freight to our customer. Will never be using them again.

  This company is simply awful! We have tons of experience with freight companies and ship about 100 freight items a year. We took a chance with this business to ship to a client of ours in Texas. It was a 8' custom farmhouse table and 2 matching benches. First, it arrived 18 days after the pickup date, they called our customer to set up delivery on a Friday...but came days later without warning, and when they arrived, the table and bench were missing off the custom pallet we made. -Only a loan bench was left on a giant 9' pallet with all the straps cut off. So, someone either from their company or on their docks stole it. This has never happened in 7 years of our business! -2 weeks later, no news from Price and they still can't find it. Embarrassing and our customer was stuck without a table on Thanksgiving. Now, we have to file a claim and hope to get reimbursed within 90 days. We also have to make a new set for our client and ship to them immediately! Use R n L Freight, Estes, or anyone else! Not worth the headache of using this freight company!

  I wish they all had drivers as good as are price driver. Work at an establishment with a tricky dock sitauation, the driver nails it every time. Hands down the best ltl driver i know of.
