The store manager, Ray, is so friendly and provided excellent customer service. We relocated from the northeast and he made the process so smooth for us which has been so helpful. Definitely get your storage unit at this location!!!

While this location is in a weird location between two parts of town, it provides the standard storage facility experience. Expect an unmemorizably long and complicated entry code. Life Storage advertises a set rate, but adds on unnecessary fees for more things than you can imagine. They charge for insurance, because they say it's required... maybe that has something to do with the bucket in the hall that's collecting water leaking from an overhead pipe. For me, they increased the rate by $8/month after only 6 months. Maybe this is also standard for storage, but I'm going to look for another storage unit company with better rates ... and I bet they'll charge me a fee for ending my rental... There's isn't anything particularly special about storing your stuff at this location.
