Carie had the storage unit shoveled Clean, all paperwork was ready on arrival.... Very nice and helpful, explanation for all questions. Was great experience as a customer!!! Glad to do business with life storage!

The service is impeccable. Above and beyond in courteousness and helpfulness. They will always take the extra steps to make sure things are right. They are always cheerful and friendly. It's the kind of service and atmosphere you hardly find much anymore. I can't say enough about them. The facilities are well maintained and clean. There's minor wear and tear in places of course, but I feel very safe leaving my things there. I feel the hours of access to units are more than adequate for most anyone. I would highly recommend them for your storage needs.

We don't pay $170 a month just to deal no light at all at night. You guys close at 10 but never have the lights on. Definitely going to move out of here soon and never looking back.
