  Life Storage is Great! Sherry the store manager was the absolute BEST! The prices are more than fair and extremely reasonable. I got more from Life Storage then any other storage company I have ever used. They offer indoor climate control units, as well as outdoor. Not only did she give me a welcome pack with locks included. She also saw the unit I was assigned had a leak. She immediately moved me to a new unit no questions. The facility Is very secure and super safe. Also a very clean. I am beyond satisfied with the excellent customer service and services provided. I would recommend them to anyone!

  I have been using this storage unit for several months. The store associate manager Falisha have been great. She has been great when my mother passed. She has been doing her job and been a great listener. The unit itself was the perfect size and the price is affordable and better compared to other storage units in the area. I would recommend life storage to anyone needing a storage unit. If I can give more than 5 stars I would.

  I haven't been able to move my items yesterday because of out-of-service elevator (which has since been fixed). Since my unit is on 3rd floor, it would be impossible to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs (movers older people - 70+). The mgr. was extremely helpful trying to help me work out a solution to my problem until elevator was fixed. Although I have moved everything to my unit as of yet (to be completed today), I am very impressed with the mgr, Sherry Wilson. She was determined she could work out a solution for me. She was able to do that. Very courteous, kind, determined young woman. I feel we'll have a great relationship in the future. You're very fortunate to have such a manager at the Bush River 29212 site.
