It is currently 3:26PM on a Thursday. I am sitting outside looking at their closed sign with the hours listed right above, stating they don't close until 6PM. This is the THIRD time this has occurred, forcing me to pay online, which charges an extra $5. Small change maybe, but it adds up quick. Why is no one ever here? I don't get it. Not to mention, when you happen to get Evelyn (I think that's her name, she says it so quickly I can't really understand her) on the phone, she's not exactly friendly. It's a shame because the gentlemen they had working in this office before they switched ownership were true gems. Really looking forward to moving and ending my lease here, you could do better elsewhere.

Bring a lock and key if you have one cause they’ll charge you 20$ for your own. Also if you have renters insurance bring a proof of copy cause you’re charged 15$ on top of your monthly renting fee for their insurance. Besides that, we were treated well, very friendly staff!!
