I had them install my hitch and they did an excellent job of going that. If not the some communication problems, I would easily give them a 5 star review.. On my first scheduled install date, I drove from out of town with my wife following me so we could drop my car off, only to be told my hitch wasn't in yet. They apologized and told me someone should have called me which no one did so that was a day shot. I was told since they made me drive in for nothing they would make it right and give me a discount. Well, as expected no one else knew about a discount so I didn't get that. I was a good install though ;and the new hitch looks great, I just wish they could get their communication problems straightened out.

Absolutely deplorable service led by the manager Debbie/Donna. The guys working there are a different story. It's like they are children protecting their deranged family member. 1. Manager Reserved units. Day of arrival she had leased them to someone else. Had to do a last minute shuffle while paying crews. 2. Manager D. Yells and screams at workers and customers. 4 trips into the place 4x she is yelling and angry. 3. Manager wanted cash deposit for blanket rental. An employee corrected her and adjusted, but she was still NASTY. 4. Returned blankets. Again Manager D. Yelled, spoke condescending to me and her staff because the blankets were not folded. EZ fix. Just ask the CUSTOMER to fold them. Manager D again went on a rant. This time it was because she was the one who had rented out the blankets during an anger moment when her employee was able to NOT take a cash deposit and actually use the Uhaul system to rent blankets. I sure hope this person finds peace within herself. She is sick. Might need another choice of carrier too.
