Rented 2 units, both were clean, dry and secure. Process was easy and the price was fair. Only concern is the Hixson location can be difficult to get in and out, especially if driving the large rentals.

Life Storage is a fantastic company! My wife and I recently moved and this facility is very clean and organized! There is plenty of room to move around and unload pretty much any size truck or van you need. The well-sized, temperature-controlled storage options are very nice, especially when you have oil paintings to protect! It has been very pleasant to work in an air conditioned environment. The staff are very caring, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the facility and rules. We HIGHLY recommend you store your items here, they will be in good hands! Thanks! UPDATE 06/2020: We just moved out of the facility. Very painless process, great staff, very clean units, would totally recommend to a friend and would totally come back in the future.
