I don't think I've ever really been able to say that renting a storage locker was a seamless, pleasant experience - Until I met Gayle at Life Storage. From start to finish the process was simple and easy to manage. She had done everything from reserving a unit for me, offering me a deal on a moving truck, helped me with scheduling my move out date, and was overall a lovely person to speak with. The unit I rented was a 5x15 and it was spacious enough to store everything I needed from my recent apartment move. I had also never felt as though I was in an unsafe area - and as a woman going to a locker at night, safety is a big thing. The area is well lit and there's enough open space for you to stay aware of your surroundings. Thanks Life Storage (and Gayle!!) for making a move that much more bearable!

I’ve only been a customer for about a month and they have been simply amazing. I lost my keys and figured this is going to be a huge pain. Called the office and no issues. They are removing the old lock and supplying me with a new one. Will never use anyone but Life Storage.

Jackson Storage, largely because of the delight who is Gayle, is a really fantastic place for private storage! I've done it all, the storage rentals (long and short term)... U-hauls' amount of stuff... And this was by and far my best experience. Jackson Storage is exactly what a person looks for and needs in this situation. And they comprehensively deliver on that.
