This is a review in regard to an outstanding employee located at the Clear Creak Life Storage location. MRS. BELINDA! You have been OUTSTANDING to say the least for your help, service and customer support while I was renting a space from this establishment! I can't begin to explain the amount of gratitude I have for you during my time with Life Storage. From the first day of signing my storage agreement to the very last day signing the vacate notice, you went above and beyond to make sure my experience was pleasant and enjoyable. I have never before experienced a more harder working person at any storage facility I've utilized. There wasn't a time I visited Life Storage (Clear Creek Rd. Killeen Tx.) and wasn't greeted from you with a smile and a genuine can-do attitude for resolve with ANY issues I had! Give this Woman a Raise! MRS. BELINDA YOU ARE OUTSTANDING! hats off to you! The staff and management are very professional and respectable. Everything was easy to set up, the whole process is quick. I had indoor storage for about a year and some change. The whole place is secured with cameras, so if there's any fishy business going on, they'll catch it. A few times I accidentally left my unit open and the employees reached out to me, which I genuinely appreciated. 24/7 access with a gated code. I recommend this place if you need someplace to store your belongings. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor storage, as well as vehicle storage.

Best Storage in all of Killeen the employees are very flexible! And worked with me every step of the way, during my PCS I would give them 20 stars if I could! Also the pricing for the size of storage is the best priced I found in the Killeen Ft.Hood area period! Two thumbs up 👍👍
