I can't believe this company is still in business. I almost never write reviews but I feel it's my duty to warn potential victims concerning the unprofessional conduct of this company. So the first day this company came out to my residence they were led by a young man named Carlos. The 3 man team were supposed to deliver my goods. I asked them to wait to place my master bedroom furniture last because I was repairing my floor which would be finished in a couple hours. There was 9000 pounds of furniture they had to deliver. Carlos told me no, there was a one touch policy. So I called the manager, Mustafa who told me my request wouldn't be a problem. Then Carlos and his crew called Mustafa and Fort Hood transportation saying there was wet glue, nails poking out, and uneven floors on my stairwell. All of that was not true. We ripped the carpet out of my stairwell to refinish it, but the glue was dry and there were no nails poking out, and the floors had wood laminate on the top. So the crew stayed outside paused, unable to work till the inspector came out. During that time I took pictures of them sitting in the truck with feet hanging out of the window. When the inspector came out she was extremely disrespectful, putting her hand up in my direction to get me to stop talking. She told the crew they couldn't deliver items upstairs due to the transition from stairs to laminate. We put down a transition strip and she said they could move items upstairs. The team moved items causing damage to my property. Then Carlos tried to get me to sign a document saying they unpacked everything and put it all together, when they didn't. I didn't sign the document. Carlos said someone would be out tomorrow to put my items together. When they came out the next day the unpackers said the crew yesterday was supposed to put everything together. So that crew wouldn't do it. I had to call Rocky's again and they argued with me about sending someone out. They finally sent someone and he couldn't find the parts to put things together... I went around and found the parts but they still didn't finish putting the items together. That crew told me someone would be out tomorrow to put the rest together. The next day came, and no one from the company showed up! I am so concerned with the military being affiliated with this company. I plan to file any and every complaint I can against this company. Please avoid them if you can.

This is our first PCS move. Despite the reviews I read, the packers that helped us were amazing. Laura, John, and Shelby were fantastic. They always doubled checked us if things needed to be packed. They worked very fast to get the packing done. The general manager even came out to introduce himself and wish us a great moving experience. Dispatch even called to check how things were going a few hours before end of the day. Overall, great experience.

Rockey's Moving & Storage are criminals. They packed and stored my items while I was deployed to Afghanistan. When I returned from my deployment and had my things delivered, I noticed nine pairs of Nike Air Jordan Retro sneakers were missing from the box they were packed in and replaced with packing paper. My children's Playstation 3 and Nintentdo Wii were also missing. I filed a claim with the company for the missing items. They initiated an investigation and after 3 days they contacted me and said they would give 180 dollars. I think they are stealing customer's items reselling and making a profit. Not only did they steal, they just threw my items in several different boxes in no type of order or sequence, such as by rooms or like items. Also when they unpacked my beds the hardware and screws were no where to be found. They didn't put the bed hardware in the box labeled "hardware" they stuffed them in a dresser drawer balled up in a wad of tape. I hope the Army doesn't hire them to move soldiers household goods at all because they are unprofessional criminals robbing soldiers while they are doing their jobs over seas.
