  Steven was super helpful, friendly and made a big difference in my rental experience. I did the actual rental portion online which was quick and easy. Hassle free and very good prices. That’s all good and well in today’s age, but customer service is where companies can distinguish themselves in this modern age and this Extra Space Storage location did exactly that! I received a call minutes after completing the online agreement and was offered additional information and services without being pushed for anything. I felt welcomed and experienced the same energy once I actually showed up to the location. The only thing I would say is that for a “climate controlled” storage it felt pretty close to the same outside temperature which was cold today. I hope when it does reach colder temperatures this isn’t an issue. Other than that I have nothing else but positive things to say about this place!

  Laura's service oriented attitude was impeccable. Service was prompt and informative. I only wanted informative to shoo around but within a few minutes of conversation, I was confident I needed to look no further! Scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, Extra Storage gets a 10!

  I had a really great experience. Steve and Laura were absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. They made choosing the right storage space that would fit my needs.
