Due to Covid, we had someone local put our items into storage for us 2 years ago and visited this facility for the first time today. It was absolutely spotless inside and out, nicely landscaped, units were secure, clean, clearly marked. Everything good! We had talked with Karol several times by phone and stopped into the office to meet her and thank her for all of her help. She was very welcoming and fun to talk with- the perfect person to be in this position! Management should do all they can to keep her- give her raises and bonuses!

I had the pleasure of having Karol Boyd help me with an urgent matter. Moving across the country we still had a storage unit in Washington state. I called this facility and she was caring, kind, patient and understanding as she helped me gather the information I needed to take care of an unexpected issue in Washington. She even called me back to follow up and gave me peace of mind that my belongings were in good hands. I highly recommend this facility based on the excellent customer service Karol provided.

Very clean and accessible with very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I had two units obtained separately and Ashlee merged the two so that I would be able to pay both at the same time every month. Ashlee knew the facility very well, gave me an easy way to remember the code and was always available when I had a concern I will definitely return to this storage facility if I ever need storage again.
