My experience at life storage was a disaster. However Stephaine from the Kiln creek location save the day. Even though Stephaine did not work at the location I was assigned to, she took the time to see what the mix up was on my account and she went out of her way to make sure it was fixed ASAP. I truly appreciate her wonderful customer service and her willingness to help with no questions asked. She made my experience much better and I was able to get my storage unit the same day. Thank you Stephaine

Gina was AMAZING! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and cheerful person! Not only did she walk me through all of the amenities and perks but she also allowed me to see inside as well as help me decide what size would bed accommodate my needs.
