I went there to rent a storage unit and had a really good experience. The assistant manager who's name was Shane was fantastic. He was very courteous and friendly a professional. While he was showing me that unit the manager her name was Mallory already had the paperwork ready when we got back from looking at the unit. She was just as friendly and professional. Highly reccomend.

The manager was not only courteous but very helpful during my expedient application process. He highlighted specific areas & patiently explained each specific area. Never once did his considerate manner become agitated when I had questions. In my estimation he is definitely an asset to the company.
