DO NOT GO HERE FOR TRAILER HITCH installation!! 6 weeks ago I scheduled a trailer hitch installation- & they charged my card. I even called that day to confirm the appointment. My husband & I both drive up from Williamsburg early Sat morning for the appt. I’m told that I am not in the system for an appointment. I try to show the flippant lady at the desk my confirmation email- showing date, time, & location & she actually refuses to look at it. So I enlarge it- still won’t look at it. All she tells me is that she doesn’t have me in the system. In fact their mechanic that does the installation doesn’t even work on Saturdays. So I ask why didn’t anyone call me to tell me to reschedule. Her excuse is that she was on vacation & doesn’t know. Not once an apology or any type of remorse for THEIR mistake. Finally she tells me that she found me in the system- but that my appt was the day before & I missed it!!! She Still won’t look at my confirmation email. Insanity. I asked for a refund. I am never giving UHAUL another cent of my money.

Absolutely terrible experience. Quoted me to install a 4 prong wiring harness to hook up an enclosed trailer. I brought me vehicle in and got a call an hour later saying they couldn’t do the job because my car was too low. Mind you this was after I had already given the year, make and model of my vehicle beforehand on the phone. I truly believe the mechanic did not know how to complete the job. Staffing was incompetent and unprofessional, told me there was nothing they could do to compensate my wasted time/gas money.

Don't ignore the bad reviews! I scheduled a trailer hitch install here 3 weeks ago. When I showed up for the appointment, they told me they didn't have the part and had rescheduled my appointment to a weekday next week. I don't know how it takes 3 weeks for a part to arrive when I can get one delivered in 5 days. They also didn't bother calling or emailing to let me know, so I wasted driving 40 minutes each way. I'll be getting my hitch installed somewhere else.
